Dancing with Eros

This event is a unique and sacred space where Eros, the life force energy that flows through us as sexual, creative, and passionate energy, takes center stage.

Through guided movement, group and partnered exercises, and free-flow dance, we will explore how Eros moves through our bodies. This isn’t about performing or achieving anything specific; it’s about allowing your authentic desires, feelings, and erotic energy to express themselves through your body in the present moment.

In many parts of society, erotic energy is often suppressed or shamed, but in Dancing with Eros, we honour it. Here, we create a container where erotic energy can be freely invited, acknowledged, and expressed naturally, through dance, movement, and connection.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Connect with your own Eros and explore how it feels to embody it in a space of acceptance and curiosity
• Move your body in ways that feel expansive, grounded, and authentic
• Engage in exercises designed to help you tune into your erotic energy, allowing it to guide your movement
• Experience a community of people who are equally committed to exploring Eros with respect, consent, and non-judgment

This event is an invitation to let go of societal expectations, to free your erotic energy, and to witness it as it flows naturally. It’s about understanding Eros not just as sexual desire, but as a creative, life-affirming force that is meant to be expressed and celebrated in our bodies.

Whether you’ve never danced before or are an experienced mover, this space will meet you where you are and invite you to explore new layers of connection with yourself and others.

 What this space IS:

 A drug- and alcohol-free event

 A clothing-optional, body-positive space—dress in what makes you feel alive (layers of different textures encouraged!)

 A place to explore Eros with presence, consent, and curiosity

 What this space is NOT:

 Dancing Eros — This event is not affiliated with Dancing Eros.

 A temple space — While we welcome Eros, this is not a space for explicit sexual connection, not a play party.

About your facilitator

I’m Velvet Lilith, a trauma-informed holistic practitioner devoted to embodied pathways of growth, transformation, and the remembrance of one’s true essence. My work invites people to reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been silenced by shame, trauma, or conditioning.

Through Ceremony, Ritual, Sacred Sexuality, Classical Tantra, Somatic practices, Energy Work, and Bodywork, I support others in reclaiming their aliveness, their desires, and their truth.

I dance between extremes — shadow and light, the sacred and the playful — where reverence and wildness co-exist.
