Practice bringing nourishment to the pañca prāna vayu. Rachel will guide three workshops, each with an enlivening effect for these special energetic areas and their physiological systems. During each workshop you'll experience full spectrum practices including āsana, prānāyāma, mudrā and chanting. We will drink the deep nourishment of our practice replenishing all the systems in the energetic layer of our being.

With a focus on expansion and circulation we embrace the qualities of movement and upliftment from the heart as lifeforce spirals from the centre and outward into the world
