Dancing with the Sacred

This will be a movement practice offering the opportunity for your being to dwell in the artistry of sacred space. An experience of movement, breath and stillness guided by invitations to observe, witness, pause, connect within, notice patterns, follow movement impulses and curiosities, empower choice and cultivate deep presence. A space created for you to perceive and respond to the field of your nervous system, your inner knowing, your intuition and to move with your energy, your breath, and your whole being.

This will be an exploratory, meditative practice to encourage consciousness out of the mind and ease it into the intelligence of the body. To nurture the life force flowing through your blood and bones, cultivating your sense of creative aliveness, artful awareness, your connection to your innate wisdom, and your connection to the divine.

Please bring a water bottle and wear layered clothing enabling you to move freely and be warm.

This practice is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of conscious breath and embodied movement practices.
