This well-being group is facilitated by an experienced counsellor and topics will be determined according to group needs and interests.

These may include.

• Developing a self-care plan

• Assertiveness skills

• Empowering self

• Managing anxiety

• Managing depression

• Well-being after trauma

• The power of positive thinking

• Reaching goals

• Less stress and more energy

• Being your authentic self

• Great communication matters

5-week series starts Tuesday 16th April, running each Tuesday until 14th May.

COST: $10 overall.
