A warm welcome from Bri and Myself! We are super excited to bring this event to Adelaide!

Experiencing fear and mental roadblocks first hand multiple times, I personally could have only wished for an event like this to show up in my messages. The tools that I have acquired over time have allowed me the capacity to be able to rectify those fears and stay level headed and focussed on the vision.

STRUCTURE - THE LAYOUT

A beautiful introduction of Bri and myself
Engagement with the audience, sharing your name and your current fear and mental roadblock
Then, Allan will take you into a partner exercise referred to as eye gazing. Eye gazing is a beautiful way to connect with yourself, the person across from you and to practise the skill of holding space for another human being
From there, a brief group discussion for what you experienced and any emotion/challenge that was present for you
Moving forward, Bri is going to lead a beautiful Step in, Step out exercise for really recognising the areas where we may not be content and understanding we aren’t the only ones going through it
Onto Fear. Either Bri, Allan or both, will share insights around their journey with fear, how they overcame their most challenging experience, what they did and then prompting the group to reflect back on how they can level up in their life.
Working with your accountability partner to create the action plan - the evidence for genuinely overcoming this fear
Finishing off nicely with your - COMMITMENT TO SELF document that feels perfectly in alignment for you

My name is Allan Christian Dahlitz. Throughout my life, experiencing deep unfulfilment in every area of my life, from health, to wealth, to career to relationships you name it! I started to realise that something more was beneath the surface. That is the sole reason I am in this work, to guide others there a lot faster than I was able to myself.

Bri -

My name is Briana Bowley, I'm a Personal Freedom Coach, speaker and avid explorer!

Having overcome my own struggles with body dysmorphia, disordered eating, drug and alcohol abuse and varying forms of assault, I’ve come to see life for what it is – a rich array of possibility, adventure and opportunity for consistent growth.

Having lived both sides of the coin – once living from a space of desperation: ‘shoulds,’ fear and plenty of ‘not enoughs,’ – to now living a life of fulfilment and inspiration, it is my inspired mission to consistently encourage and mentor you to consider what else is possible for your own world and how you too, can create the life of your wildest dreams.
