Event description

Join our two-part workshop series led by Caren Rangi (ONZM), designed for Pacific creatives to strengthen their understanding of leadership and decision-making at the organisational level.

Rooted in Pacific collectivist values, the sessions will also explore how creative thinking can shape more dynamic and effective governance practices.


Session One - Friday 11 July - 9am to 12pm
Session Two - Friday 18 July - 9am to 12pm

You must be able to attend both sessions to register.

  • Understanding governance through multiple lenses

  • Recognising how cultural practices contribute to good governance

  • The governance “job” and its six key functions

  • Building and sustaining a positive board culture

This workshop is suitable for Pacific creatives who are considering or stepping into governance roles, or who would like to strengthen their knowledge as trustees, board members, or committee chairs.
