How Courageous Leaders build Brave Cultures

Over 100,000 plus participants worldwide have attended Dare to Lead™ workshops.

The most recent, updated version 2 Dare to Lead™ program is not for spectators, it is highly interactive. Our workshops are experiential, you will learn through deep levels of self-reflection, personal implementation planning, interactive activities, and plenty of discussion. It requires full commitment and engagement of all.

The empirically-based content has recently been strengthened with an extended curriculum for the leadership challenges faced in today’s uncertain environment. The Dare to Lead™ program showcases 3 hours of exclusive video content with Dr Brené Brown specifically created to support the curriculum and only available to participants attending the program. It will be like having Brené in the room with you during the program!

Develop your leadership potential with:

• The courage and tools to hold difficult conversations

• Ability to lead from your values

• Building trust with self and others

• Develop stronger relationships with and between team members

• Skills to hold people accountable without shame or blame

• Expand your self-awareness as a leader

About the Dare to Lead™ Program

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is a based courage building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put the Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.

Lead with Courage facilitate both public workshops and customised inhouse Dare to Lead™ programs. We partner with organisations to support teams successfully navigate change, build brave cultures and develop high performing teams. Contact us to explore how this powerful work will propel your organisation's current initiatives and strategic objectives.
