Dare to Lead™ (Face-to-Face) December 2025

The Dare to Lead™ program, based on over 20 years of research by Dr Brené Brown, focuses on humanising the workplace by exploring who we are and how we lead.   

Based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is a courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organisational development professionals.

Lead with Courage provide coaching support to participants throughout the workshop to further embed new daring leadership skills, learnings and behaviours.

• On completion of the program, you will receive a Dare to Lead™ participant certificate and digital LinkedIn credential 

Who should attend

Leaders, seniors team members and practitioners with the capacity to be implementing the learning who are working in the domestic and family violence, women’s health and wellbeing and sexual assault sector will find this program beneficial. 

Biography

Experience the Dare to Lead™ program with us – certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators and founders of Lead with Courage, Tammy. Tammy is trained directly with Brene, with permission to bring this empowering program to Australia. 

You will feel like Brené is in the room with you.  

Tammy will guide you to develop these courage-building skills so you, your team, and your organisation can move away from armoured leadership and embrace daring leadership. Our role is to create a safe, inclusive, courageous space for you to journey into Daring Leadership. 

Tickets are limited and only available for WorkUP Queensland target group.  We reserve the right to limit places per service if oversubscribed. Please register a maximum of one person per organisation.
