    Why Dare To Leadâ„¢ Leadership?

The Dare To Lead™ program cultivates Brave Leaders and Courageous Cultures with a focus on accountable, values-led, self-aware and empathic leadership skill development. Leaders will be skilled up to rise from failures and set-backs, to align values with behaviours, to unlearn and relearn what vulnerability is, and to strengthen trust in self and others. This program is transformational in leadership, and life. Sharpening emotional literacy, understanding shame resilience, and cultivating your critical thinking is integral for authentic and courageous leadership.

About the Dare To Leadâ„¢ program

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program of 4 skill sets that are measurable, teachable and observable, designed to be delivered by a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator. This is a highly interactive and experiential workshop that delivers on its research in clear and practical ways.
