The DARING TEAMS PROGRAM - Developing Brave Teams

Delivered by experienced Facilitator, Experienced Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator & Leadership Coach - Debra Birks.

VIRTUAL DELIVERY - LIVE via Zoom platform

When: Tue Jan 21st - 9:30am - 3:30pm AEST

The Daring Teams Program has been designed for Dare to Lead™ Trained Leaders to share the work and what they’ve learned with their team.

The intention of the Daring Teams Program is to encourage team members to work together to learn and build the four skill sets of courage, practice having difficult and productive conversations, and increase team empathy and trust. The power of this program is practicing the work while we learn the work.

As a Dare To Lead™ Trained Leader you have the opportunity to access additional support to help your team develop the skills you gained in your own Dare To Lead™ Training.

Dare To Lead™ Trained Leader / Daring Teams Group Coordinator

N.B. Successful completion of Dare To Lead™ (DTL) under the guidance of a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator, (CDTLF) earns you the “Dare to Lead Trained” designation, it does not certify you as a DTL facilitator. The Daring Teams Group Coordinator was developed for teams to work together with their “Dare to Lead™ Trained” leader serving as the group coordinator and co-learner—not as a trainer or facilitator.

The Daring Teams Program is available to DTL Trained Participants have either successfully completed the Dare to Lead™ 3-day program.
