Interested in learning the game of Disc Golf or just want a fun way to hang with some amazing ladies? Join us for a fun clinic day and learn all about it with our host Ricki Bowden. She will go over the basic rules of the game, demonstrate different techniques & explain the equipment. We will also be talking about and practicing letting go of perfectionism and how this holds us back from fully enjoying ourselves. The goal is to let go and have a blast!

What to Bring:
Wear comfortable clothes & closed toe/ trail shoes. Bring a water bottle and anything else to help keep cool (a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc). We will be outside in the sun so please come prepared.

About Ricki - I am a valley native born & raised in Glenwood Springs now living in Rifle. I first started playing in 2013 as a fun, cheap, way to get the family active outside and fell in love with it. I want to grow the sport in our valley and show everyone what a fun, inclusive and rewarding sport this can be.
