Join Amy for the First Dark Moon of 2024 ceremony.

Heal, Reflect, and Release the energy that your soul experienced during this year as we prepare and realign ourselves for 2024.

At the dark moon, the highest moment of Yin and shadow self, we have the most access to the power of the dark. This is the power of destruction, it can remove obstacles, clear old habits, and break patterns. The ceremony is about releasing what no longer serves us into the ocean as we plant the seeds that we wish to sow for 2024.

The moon controls the ocean and the tides, so we look at how this connects with how we store emotions within our bodies.

Amy will discuss the memory of water and the power of water. The element of water connects with cleansing, nourishment, and self-reflection. Water is a powerful element for cleansing and releasing.

BRING: Journal and pen, towel, blanket, warm clothes

Meet at Chameleon for smudging, then process down to the beach.
