Get ready to unleash the fury—Dark Down South II returns to Kirup this November, bringing three days of relentless metal mayhem to Western Australia's South West. From Friday, November 21 to Sunday, November 23, 2025, Jim McDonald Oval will transform into a haven for metalheads, featuring a lineup that spans the spectrum of heavy music.

Headlining this year's festival is Singapore's grindcore titans Wormrot, delivering their internationally acclaimed ferocity to the Australian stage. The festival also showcases a formidable array of Western Australia's finest, including Kimura, Deadhorse, The Decapitated Chooks, Iniquitous Monolith, Dripped, and many more.

Dark Down South II isn't just about the music; it's an immersive experience. With free camping, a BYO policy (no glass, please), and on-site food vendors, attendees can fully embrace the festival atmosphere. Designed as a family-friendly, all-ages event, it's a celebration of community and heavy music culture.
