The Experience

The Feast

The banquet begins with flame-grilled flatbread, torn and scorched, dripping with bone marrow butter and sharp green caper oil. From there, the fire deepens; suckling pig asado, blistered and lacquered, meets Szech-Mex chilli oil and a molten potato tartiflette. And to seal the pact: a dark chocolate chestnut brownie, laced with lilly pilly crème pât and drowned in hot fudge.

For those who walk a different path, vegan, gluten-free and FODMAP-friendly offerings have been summoned from the shadows …equally indulgent, equally unholy.

The Beers

Descending into the cellar for Dark Mass, we’ve unearthed some truly rare beasts. Blood Bath and Odin’s Oud Bruin; two wild, keg-only creations, will flow in all their untamed glory.
Odin’s clocks in at a mighty 11%, aged deep and dark. Bourbon Conspiracy makes its return: rich, roasty, and laced with barrel-aged intent. Alongside these cult brews, we’ll pour a few seasonal staples to keep things grounded, just enough light before the plunge.
