Darling Boy - Unassigned Gallery
Event description
Nathan McGlynn, in partnership with Unassigned Gallery, are proud to present his most recent showcase of The Darling Boy.
An exhibition exploring the characterisation through tender, figurative painting, and artistic collaboration to depict beauty from an intimate perspective.
Following the success of his most recent exhibition at Unassigned Gallery, McGlynn has cast the net wider to engage and involve a wide array of creatives in a show that is not to be missed.
With a theatrical accompaniment from Hugo Williams, Glimpse stars the actor as a personification of the Darling Boy as you look into their world from the outside.
Ceramic offerings from Joe the Maker glazed with Darling Boy silhouettes, painting collaborations with Luka Lesosky Hay, handcrafted woodwork by Ron McGlynn as well garments designed by Not Sew New immerse you in the world of the artist in a spectacle show that is sure to be an offering for all.
All will be set to the double act of McGlynns' muses behind the decks (DJ WrmBoy, Dj Home Invader) to make it a night of artistic engagement and joy.
Come one come all come early and see you huns there x
