Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 21st March 2021, 28th March 2021.

COVID 19 Arrangements
Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)
If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.

7:30am Check in at 57 Brook St, Toowoomba QLD 4350
9:00am Ride Departs for a ride in the community
12:30pm Ride finish's at Willowburn Oval corner of Bridge and Alexander streets Toowoomba (near the rail track)
