Darren D.C Cross is an instrumental fingerpicking guitarist - in the tradition of John Fahey, Leo Kottke and Nick Drake, Bert Jansch, Davey Graham but does an Australian take on the genre.
Recently he has returned from a 7 week tour of Europe and locally has supported Ed Kuepper (The Saints) and Jim White (Dirty Three) , Mess-esque, Ryley Walker, Marissa Anderson and Jim White and the Apartments. With his old band, he supported Will Oldham, Smog, Pavement, Johnny Marr, Courtney Barnett and Dinosaur Jr and many more.

JESSICA (Jep and Dep) has released two solo records in two years. JESSICA’s music is described as “Kate Bush on Valium”. Doubtful Sounds said “…to sound as light as a feather and as heavy as a dark night of the soul…” and Rolling Stone Magazine said “Masterclass in ethereal brilliance”.
She has recently sung vocals and shared the stage as a special guest with the Apartments, Blackeyed Susans and lead and backup vocals at the David McCombs (the Triffids) tribute night "A truck load of sky".
