Chamber Music New Zealand Darroch/DeHart Duo

The Cambridge Town Hall Community Trust is honoured to present the Darroch/DeHart Duo in partnership with Chamber Music New Zealand. Flautist Hannah Darroch and percussionist Justin DeHart bring their unique programme of contemporary and classic pieces to the Cambridge Town Hall on Friday 23 August at 7:30pm.   

The Darroch/DeHart Duo is dedicated to championing both new and classic pieces for flute and percussion. Known as engaging and highly-skilled musicians, their performances introduce audiences to the versatility and colour of their many instrumental textures.

On this six-centre national tour, Darroch and DeHart will perform a selection of dynamic and colourful works by American and New Zealand composers, featuring a diverse range of unique pairings such as piccolo and wood blocks, alto flute and marimba, and alto flute, bass drum and crotales.
