Whether you're new to town or as local as they come, the Welcome to Darwin Fitness Expo is your chance to come and sample some of the most exciting local fitness options available. Join us for a morning at Nightcliff Middle School gym where we will be running 30 minutes of dance fitness with Milly from the Jungle Body, 30 minutes of functional training with Zoe from Just Go! and 30 minutes of pilates with Chloe from Flow with Chlo.

Jungle Body is is a dance based fitness class which incorporates easy to learn dance moves with fitness concepts to create a fun and exciting workout.

Just Go Fitness is an innovative and inclusive fitness centre delivering group fitness classes, dedicated to promoting holistic well-being by encouraging individuals to move their bodies, forge connections, and embrace life to the fullest.

Mat Pilates at Flow with Chlo is a low-impact workout that strengthens the core, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness through controlled movements on a mat.

We'll be providing some treats and a coffee cart will be at the venue afterwards selling coffee, so stick around and get to know some of your neighbours.

All you need to bring is a towel, mat and drink bottle!
