Dan has worked with sound for many years and incorporates it into many amazing healing spaces alongside Breathwork. Sound holds a deep love and place in Dan's heart and his intention is to bring people back into their bodies and heart, creating a beautiful space to come home. You will be guided on a journey into the power of sound, frequency and vibration!

S O U N D  H E A L I N G -

Sound is more than we know as just sound. Sound is a human construct, one that would not exist without us. Therefore we need to understand that sound is vibration and frequency, some of the very elements of the fabric of the universe. When we talk about ourselves on a cellular level and how vibration and frequency can push and pull those cells which contain emotions in all sorts of directions, we can then begin to understand how powerful sound can be for us and our healing when harnessed in particular ways. We have all seen what cymatics do, what sound and vibration does to water and the patterns it creates, how it pushes and pulls it. Now think about the human body and what we are made of and how it works exactly the same that frequency and vibration shift our cells on a quantum level creating an environment where we can explore ourselves on a healing level and bring us back into physical alignment in a way that has widely been forgotten about and dormant for many years.
