    Please join us for this special end of year event, celebrating community, family and cultural connection at Dashville.

    The Saturday event programme has changed recently, due to the forecast heat, with the Saturday now running as more of a twilight event into the evening.

    The event is all ages, fully licensed, family and (good)dog friendly. Below is a run don on what will be happening.

    Friday is Dashville Nights -a ticketed concert, which includes Friday night camping.

    Dashville campground opens at 2pm on Friday December 8th, we accept camping of all shapes and sizes. All camping tickets are per person and you must have a Friday night camping ticket in order to set up camp for the night. You can byo into the campground but not into the licensed arena/event space.

    The arena space opens from 5pm, with food and beverages available via The Bird Bath Bar and Ruby's Pizzeria. 

    You are welcome to come in and grab take away food if you live locally. Though we encourage everyone to grab a ticket and enjoy the awesome live music on offer!

    The concert commences from 7pm and will feature three acts up until 11.30pm. 

    You must have a Friday night concert ticket in order to stick around for the live music. There is no free entry after 7pm on Friday night.

    Saturday afternoon is the official Dashville Christmas Party - Bring your mob out to the great open spaces of Dashville on Saturday 9th December 2023. 

    Cafe open from 8am until 11am, which is when the Galah bar will open serving all sorts of cool and refreshing food and beverages.

     General kick off for the event activity is now 4pm, which is when live music, portraits, workshops and market activity will officially kick in.

    Please purchase a Saturday entry ticket, this will help us afford all the great live entertainment on offer from 4pm to 11.30pm.

    There is a day ticket, which you can purchase if you're not sure how long you will stay and don't wish to camp.


    In any case, its a great space to organise a group/family catch up, with lots of covered spaces, natural shade and room to spread out. 

    The big 'Lower Belford silly season soiree', will feature live music, market stalls, kids activities, family portraits, a visit from the big guy, food and beverages and fun friendly times.

    For this day you have the option to book the following;

    Camping:
    Please pre-book your stay with us if you would like to camp the night. Its best to just book the two nights Friday and Saturday and save all the hassle of having to do anything. It'll be a quality hang this one.

    There is a ticket option for +15 and under 15 and children under 6 are free.

    Family Christmas Portraits:
    Please pre-book your portraits AND grab a time slot (time slots are limited) - we may sell out! 

    Due to the recent change in programming, we have extended the window for family portraits to allow for Sunday morning 9-11am, if you are unable to make the Saturday evening 4-8pm.

     The set looks best with 10 people max, but if you'd like a big family pic we'll smoosh you all in. Limited spaces per hour, we're booking in hour time slots - so please turn up within your hour (first in best dressed) to get your happy snap. 

    Picnic hampers:
    Please get in quick to grab our specially made Christmas picnics and hampers. We also have pre-purchase grazing tables for your group's big bang effect. 

    Car Boot sale:
    Get all your pre-loved items into the boot, grab a $30 car boot ticket and sell-sell-sell! you're welcome to pop your boot anytime from 3pm - 10pm Saturday and 8am-2pm Sunday.


    Market stall:
