Women Owning Their Stories and Reimagining Connection

Join us for a heartfelt, honest conversation on dating, love, and partnership—led by women charting their own paths.

Meet Emily, Kaitlin and Sheree—three women, each on her own unique relationship journey. From single and exploring, to in a partnership and planning a future; from queer to straight; from monogamous to open—these women are asking big questions, facing real challenges, and working to create the kinds of relationships that work for them.

Together with therapist and coach Ann Green, they'll share what it's like to take risks, grow emotionally, and move beyond traditional expectations. This is not a panel of experts—it's a gathering of women having conversations.

You're invited to join the conversation and maybe even rethink what’s possible in your own life.Whether you're a woman who is single, dating, partnered, or somewhere in between.

This workshop is the first in a two-part series. We’re planning to continue the conversation in the fall with Part 2, which will be open to all genders—date to be announced.

Ann Green is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, social therapist, and life coach. Her approach is collaborative, relational and holistic, grounded in the belief that people grow through connection—with others and with the world.

Emily is a professional musician, actor, and marketer. She became one of Ann's clients in 2019 and has spent the last 5 years learning how to navigate life as a single woman while building her confidence and pursuing her personal and professional goals. She is eager to support fellow single women by sharing her own journey.

Kaitlin has been working with Ann for the last 7 years, spanning the experience of casual NYC dating in her 20s to now the newer experiences of living single within the relationship and family centric time of her 30s. She’s focused her work with Ann and in group therapy on figuring out and creating the life she wants regardless of specific dating and relationship goals. She looks forward to continuing to grow these ideas of the different ways building a life can look like further by hearing others stories and sharing her own.

Sheree is in her mid-40s, usually single but currently attached. She started working with Ann in 2023 during a major career transition and since then has been learning how to “be” in all types of relationships. Sheree is going to share her successes and her struggles with acceptance, communication, and vulnerability in romantic relationships, and she is looking forward to hearing how other women manage the challenges that come with both looking for and being in love.
