What is Daughters of the West?

Daughters of the West is a FREE 10-week health program for women over 18 who live and work in the West. The program aims to provide participants with the tools, knowledge and access to experts to improve their health and wellbeing in a supportive environment.

What to Expect:

Each week, for 10-weeks, you will meet in your local community group for two hours where you will:

Hear from a range of guest presenters who will lead interactive discussions on various health topics such as mental fitness, health screenings and more.
Participate in some fun, group-based exercise, with our supportive exercise team including Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainers, who offer options for all fitness levels and abilities!

The program is FREE thanks to support from our major partner WorkSafe Victoria and program partners cohealth and the Victorian State Government. We are also proud to deliver the Brimbank Daughters of the West program in partnership with Brimbank City Council.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to pick up some handy tips to improve your health, meet other women in the community, and have a few laughs while you’re at it, then come along and try the 2024 Daughters of the West Program.

When and where:

In Brimbank, the St Albans session will be delivered from 6:30pm - 8:30pm starting on Wednesday 17th July and the program will conclude on Wednesday 18th September.
