David Jones and Powerhouse Museum are celebrating a major new initiative that brings together two iconic Australian institutions.
The donation of the David Jones Archives, the most significant of its kind in Australia, to the Powerhouse Museum – uncovering our 186-year-old history.
As a valued David Jones Credit Card holder, you are invited to a members only guided tour of the collection led by a Powerhouse Museum specialist.
The Gallery located on Level 8 of our Elizabeth St Flagship has been transformed by curators of the Powerhouse Museum providing guests with a preview of select pieces from the Archives which feature a vast collection of preserved artifacts and documents dating back to the early 1800s.
