Day 2 is all about honey.
What is honey, how bees make honey, the health benefits of honey, marketing and labelling honey and the many different flavours of honey. Participants are encouraged to bring their favourite honey for a mega tasting event to finish off the day. This is not a beekeeping day and is open to anyone with an interest in honey tasting.
Internationally trained Australian Honey Sommelier Jessica Locarnini is our Keynote speaker for Day 2 of this event. Jessica's knowledge and skills will have you experiencing honey like never before, as you get a chance to take part in her Honey Tasting Masterclass.
