Day 2 Navigators (9th NorthEast Gathering)
Description
This day is for the navigators - people leading the way, implementing the routines and charting the way to the NorthEast.
A day designed by the participants, for the participants.
Rather than following a set script, Day Two adapts in real-time to focus on the exact implementation challenges you want to solve.
We will crowdsource the incredible wealth of knowledge in the room—sharing successes, uncovering new opportunities, and supporting our NorthEast whānau as they navigate the journey to impact, equity and sustainability.
What Makes This Day Special?
An Agenda Without Ego: There are no rigid, pre-scripted lectures here. The multi-layered sessions adapt in real-time to tackle the specific, raw challenges you are facing in your school right now.
The Power of the Collective: This is true wānanga and whanaungatanga in action. By openly sharing implementation knowledge, case studies, and problem-solving tools, we ensure that no waka is left to navigate the deep waters alone.
Expertly Steered: To keep our energy focused and our collaborative thinking sharp, the entire day’s networking hui is facilitated by the brilliant Laurayne Tafa.
