In this foundational program you will have the opportunity to:

* master the understanding of physical, emotional, social and psychological changes girls experience during puberty

* learn simple and effective communication skills to engage in ongoing, meaningful conversations with your daughter about puberty

* reflect on the importance of your role as father/caregiver and how that plays out in building self esteem, developing core values and beliefs, modeling respectful relationships and more with your daughter 

* explore how your own personal attitudes and beliefs influence your role when guiding your daughter through pubescence
