As we enter Thanksgiving week, join us for an afternoon centered around gratitude, connection and presence.

Day of Gratitude is a four-hour journey through movement, breath, sound, cacao, reflection and dance. Each part of the experience will be guided by a different facilitator, with one intention woven throughout the afternoon: to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and one another, and take time to appreciate what we have to be grateful for.

Gentle Flow Yoga with Jimmy Lolo Gonzalez

We'll begin by arriving in our bodies with a gentle, accessible yoga flow.

Jimmy is a certified yoga instructor whose own healing journey led him to work in substance abuse and mental health, where he found purpose in helping others. Discovering yoga deepened his spiritual path and eventually inspired him to teach. A gentle soul and heartfelt teacher, Jimmy creates space for exploration without pressure or expectation.

His flow will be accessible whether you've practiced yoga for years or are stepping onto a mat for the first time. Come as you are, move at your own pace and allow Jimmy to gently guide you into the afternoon.

SOMA Breathwork with Andy Rubiano

From movement, we'll journey into the breath.

Andy will guide a music-driven SOMA Breath journey centered around gratitude and reflection. SOMA Breath brings together rhythmic breathing, music, meditation, visualization and periods of breath retention to create an immersive breathwork experience.

After discovering the power of breathwork for himself, Andy traveled to Koh Phangan, Thailand in 2023 to train as a SOMA Breath instructor. He has been facilitating breathwork for several years and is passionate about creating experiences that bring people together through breath, music, movement and connection.

Guided Soundbath with Jen Brink

From breath, we'll move into stillness as Jen guides us through an immersive soundbath, creating space to rest, reflect and simply receive.

Jen is a Level II Breathwork Detox & Inner Child Facilitator with nearly a decade of experience in inner child work, along with training in life coaching and other healing modalities. Her compassionate and intuitive approach is rooted in helping people reconnect with themselves, access deeper parts of who they are and move toward greater authenticity and joy.

Allow yourself to get comfortable, settle in and let the sounds guide you into a quieter space within.

Pumpkin Spice Cacao + Gratitude Circle

In honor of the season, we'll gather for a cacao ceremony featuring ceremonial cacao warmly spiced with pumpkin spice flavors.

Andy will guide us into a gratitude circle, creating space to reflect on what we're thankful for, share if we feel called, and simply listen and connect with one another.

A moment to slow down, open our hearts and give thanks together.

Dance with Sacred Son

We'll close the afternoon with movement, expression and celebration.

Sacred Son is the melodic and organic expression of Carlos Baruch, founder of Sacred Grounds LA, a community rooted in rhythm and culture since 1995. Drawing inspiration from Afro House, Organic House, Deep House and indigenous rhythms from around the world, he creates immersive musical journeys woven with hypnotic grooves, ancestral percussion, melodic textures and soulful vocals.

For Day of Gratitude, Sacred Son will curate a free-form dance experience inviting us to move however we feel called, reconnect with our bodies and one another, and close our time together in celebration.

Come As You Are

No previous experience with yoga, breathwork or dance is necessary. This afternoon is about meeting yourself where you are, sharing space with others and taking a few hours before the holiday season to remember what matters.
