Day of the Dead is a time of remembrance; a time when many believe the veil between worlds grows thinner, making it easier to feel the loving presence of those who continue to walk beside us in spirit. Together, we'll create a peaceful, compassionate space to honor your beloved animal companions and open to the possibility of receiving their love, wisdom, and reassurance.

What to Expect

Through a gentle guided meditation, you'll be led into a deeply relaxed and grounded state where you can quiet the mind, open the heart, and enter a peaceful inner landscape. From this place, you'll be invited to connect with one or more of your beloved animals in spirit.

Communication may come through images, feelings, memories, emotions, physical sensations, words, or simply a quiet inner knowing. There is no right or wrong way to receive. Your only task is to be present, remain open, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

Following the meditation, you'll be guided through a reflective journaling process designed to help deepen your connection and integrate what you've received. Together we'll explore both your experience and the energetic qualities of your communication.

You'll be invited to reflect on:

• Which beloved animal(s) came forward

• How you experienced their presence; in your body, heart, and energy

• Images, memories, emotions, words, or sensations that arose

• The unique energy your animal shared with you; peace, joy, comfort, playfulness, strength, or something entirely unexpected

• Messages, guidance, or reassurance they wished to offer

You'll also be invited into a deeper intuitive dialogue through gentle energetic questions, such as:

• If there is something you wish I understood, what is it?

• How are you showing me you're still with me?

• What gift did our life together leave in my heart?

• How can I feel your presence more easily?

• Is there something you're asking me to release?

• What do you want me to remember today?

These questions are not meant to be answered with the thinking mind, but through quiet listening and intuitive writing, allowing your heart to continue the conversation long after the meditation has ended.

A Gentle Reminder

Whether your animal crossed over recently or many years ago, love transcends time. This gathering offers a gentle space for remembrance, healing, renewed connection, and the comforting reminder that the relationships we share with our animals never truly end.

Come with an open heart, a notebook, and bring a photo or other mementos, and trust whatever unfolds.
