Join Marlene for a Day Retreat at Numala Rainforest Retreat.
This retreat has been designed to be a simple getaway from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives ~ finding peace in your body and mind.
Marlene believes that self love, loving kindness and gratitude is fundamental to our happiness.
The core of her mission is to provide a safe space for you to reflect, relax and nurture your mind, body and spirit in nature.

You will learn fundamental techniques to help you to calm down your busy mind and find back home in your body.
These techniques will be useful for your daily life to help you calm down and also improve your yoga practice.

Time: 9.30 am - 4.00 pm
Cost: $149The day will start with a heart opening yoga flow, followed by our opening circle and morning tea.
All food provided on the day will be organic, gluten free and plant based.Once we are energized and nourished we will move into our self love workshop, where you will learn tools and techniques to strengthen this love muscle and invite more openness and loving kindness into your everyday life. This will also be a beautiful opportunity to connect with the other attendees.
Later we will enjoy our homemade organic ayurvedic lunch. We will gather together, eat, chat, relax and nourish our bodies. You are invited to spend as much or as little time enjoying your meal and then we will have free time to relax and you can spend this time however you like. Whether you wish to walk around the forest, sit and meditate, journal or read, lie in the sun or have a little nap the choice is yours.
You will spend the afternoon in a circle, sharing our experience of the day and reflecting on what self love means to us. We will enjoy herbal tea and a light afternoon tea as we connect and flow with joy.
Your day will end with a sweet Yin & Sound Healing class to send you off floating in a bubble of love (cheesy we know).
