A full day retreat in Sydney offering time to step away from everyday demands and have nothing else to organise.

Welcome to the Urban City Day Retreat ✨

Imagine a full day that is entirely yours.

Nowhere else to be.
Nowhere to rush to.
Nothing you need to organise.

And for six hours, you are the one being cared for.

Throughout the day, we’ll move through somatic movement, breathwork, silent outdoor walking meditation, reflective journalling, gentle inner work, sound healing and deep rest. We’ll share a nourishing lunch, with tea, coffee, snacks and all props provided.

The pace will be deliberately unhurried, giving your mind and body time to settle rather than expecting you to switch off the moment you arrive.

This retreat is for anyone who has been mentally carrying too much, finds it difficult to fully switch off or needs uninterrupted time away from their usual roles and responsibilities.

You’ll leave with a clearer mind, less accumulated tension and practices you can return to when life becomes demanding again.

During the retreat, you’ll be guided through:

✔️ An opening circle and grounding practice
✔️ Somatic movement and breathwork
✔️ Outdoor silent walking meditation
✔️ Gentle inner work and reflective journalling
✔️ Group discussions
✔️ A nourishing locally sourced lunch
✔️ Sound healing and deep rest
✔️ A closing circle to bring the day together

What You’ll Take Away:

✅ A clearer mind and less accumulated tension

✅ Time to notice what you need away from everyday demands

✅ Practical tools and personal insights you can return to afterwards

You only need to bring yourself and, if you like, a journal.

All props will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in, along with shoes suitable for a short outdoor walk.

No previous experience is needed. You can choose how you take part in each practice, and sharing is always optional.
