Join us for three Sundays of community and self-care! Choose any date that suits you, or attend all three for the complete experience as we will have a different focus on each session.

Each session includes a 45-minute power yoga flow followed by a guided meditation led by our yoga instructor, Carolina.

October 6th: Focus on hip-opening poses to relieve tension.
October 13th: Practice twists to enhance spinal mobility.
October 20th: Work on balance to boost focus and concentration.

Mats and blocks will be provided if required and each ticket includes a protein bar by Nothing Naughty.
