    Event description

    Join us for three Sundays of community and self-care! Choose any date that suits you, or attend all three for the complete experience as we will have a different focus on each session.

    Each session includes a 45-minute power yoga flow followed by a guided meditation led by our yoga instructor, Carolina.

    • October 6th: Focus on hip-opening poses to relieve tension.
    • October 13th: Practice twists to enhance spinal mobility.
    • October 20th: Work on balance to boost focus and concentration.

    Whether you're looking to relieve stress or connect with yourself and others, we can't wait to see you. All levels are welcome! 

    Mats and blocks will be provided if required and each ticket includes a protein bar by Nothing Naughty.
