Join us for our last two Sundays of community and self-care of the year.
These sessions will be focused on closing this year’s cycle and setting an intention for the new year ahead.

Choose the date that works best for you, or attend both for a complete and varied experience. Each session will be guided by our yoga instructor, Carolina.

• December 1st: Begin with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow focused on letting go and closing out the year’s cycle. Ending the practice with a soothing breathwork meditation for a peaceful conclusion.

• December 8th: Start with a short reflection on the current year, followed by a 45-minute dynamic Vinyasa Flow. Concluding the practice with a calming meditation to set an intention for the new year.

Whether you’re looking to relieve stress or connect with yourself and others, we can’t wait to welcome you. All levels are encouraged to join! Mats and blocks will be available if needed, and each ticket includes a complimentary Nothing Naughty protein bar.
