[SOLD OUT] Dayshift feat. IZCO (UK), Capo Lee (UK), Smokey Bubblin' B (UK) + more
Event description
Dayshift is back on Saturday 26th October for our first party of Season 2
Winter is over and Dayshift is back and bigger than ever ☀️
We are thrilled to be a part of the global Rinse FM 30th anniversary celebrations this year, and with that comes three of Rinse’s best, direct from London, gracing our shores for the first time, IZCO, Freshta, and Capo Lee! The three will be bringing the sounds of London pirate radio to our humble party in an almighty takeover to celebrate a huge milestone for the global brand.
If that wasn’t enough, we have three more international artists all making their debut in Australia. New York based Sister Zo will be bringing her eclectic taste of bass and club music to our shores, Smokey Bubblin’ B a champion of the UKG and bassline revival, and Will Hofbauer, boss of Third Place Records and overall master of percussive broken beats.
In addition, we’ll have crowd favourite Emelyne coming up from Naarm to make her Dayshift debut, and of course rounding out the lineup will be a carefully curated selection of some of our favourite local heroes for our big season return.
Once again our third stage, The Green, will hosted by the legendary InnerWest Reggae Disco Machine. IWRDM will be providing dub/roots/reggae beats to top off the soundtrack to our day.
Dayshift will house three outdoor stages at the spacious Sydney Portugal Community Club (not the Madeira club). Along with over 9 hours of music, there will be food trucks, retailers, and other market stalls, rounding out a full day of food, fun and big tunes in the sun.
Expect some heavy bass weight across all stages, provided by MM Acoustics (Buzz Speaker Hire), Translate Sound, and the aforementioned InnerWest Reggae Disco Machine.
We can’t wait to party in the sun with you all again!
