Flowt is getting the party started where you can

have fun, get fit and make friends.

Victoria Bowling Club in Ballarat is our new Dance Club with regular sessions for you to meet with your party crew.

Dance and dress up in party accessories provided!

Bookings essential

Secure your spot and request a song for the DJ to play.

Party People must be accompanied by a Support Worker or Guardian who get in for free.

It is my pleasure to share the knowledge and experience of my 30 + years in the Arts Industry with the NDIS Sector. The capacity and creativity of our participants is a constant source of inspiration to me.

More recently, I have begun my career as a DJ! I love dance parties and have made it my special mission to bring Daytime Dance Parties to the people. As well as the obvious fun, it’s such a great way to exercise and socialise. Not to mention an excuse to dress up!

At Flowt, we bring together experienced artists, performers and support workers, all dedicated to crafting engaging, accessible, and utterly delightful experiences.

Our workshops and playful gatherings are designed to spark joy, build confidence, and cultivate connections.

More than just an NDIS provider, FLOWt is a community, where every individual is elevated and celebrated.
