DBP Act and Strata Building Remedial Works Information evening

Join OCN for an informative event, in collaboration with Strata Plus, focusing on the Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act and its impact on strata-building remedial works.

This session will feature expert insights from Helen Kowal of Swabb Lawyers and Deb Lockart of RHM, as they discuss knowledge, experiences, and strategies essential for achieving compliance and managing remedial works effectively.

Swaab and RHM Consultants will share their DBP knowledge and experience with owners corporations and strata. Helen Kowal and Deb Lockart last presented to OCN members in May 2023. Since then, several significant milestones have been achieved through the remedial-government consultation process and they will share these consultation outcomes.
