Getting to the Conference
We’ve made it easy to reach this beautiful beachside venue! Below are two convenient airport options to help plan your travel.
✈️ St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE)
Distance from hotel: 10 miles
Drive time: ~20 minutes
PIE is the closest airport to the Wyndham Grand, making it a fast and easy option for domestic travelers. This regional airport offers nonstop flights from select U.S. cities via carriers like Allegiant Air and Sun Country Airlines. It’s a great choice for attendees flying in from smaller or regional airports.
✈️ Tampa International Airport (TPA)
Distance from hotel: 21 miles
Drive time: ~30 minutes
TPA is a major international airport and one of Florida’s top-rated travel hubs. It offers a wide range of flights from major U.S. cities and international destinations. With seamless access to rideshares, rental cars, and shuttles, TPA is an excellent choice if you’re traveling from farther away or need flexible flight options.
Transportation Options from Either Airport
Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are both available and operate from PIE and TPA.
Rental Cars: On-site at both airports.
Airport Shuttles: Several companies offer private and shared shuttle services to Clearwater Beach.

Tuesday, October 14, 2025 | 6:30pm - 9:00pm (boarding begins at 6:00pm)
Location: 25 Causeway Boulevard Slip #55, Clearwater, FL 33767 (0.3 miles from the hotel)
Price: $200 per person (includes dinner, dessert, & drinks)
Set sail on the waterways of Clearwater with Yacht StarShip. Experience stunning Clearwater sunsets as you sip and savor your way through our upscale cuisine and cocktails. This is an OPTIONAL event should you decide to join us for an evening out after the first full day of the conference on October 14, 2025. Please note, it is an additional fee.
Price includes dinner, dessert, drinks, and a delightful evening sailing with peers and the DemandBridge team.
Boarding starts at 6pm and the ship takes off at 6:30pm returning at 9pm. Located within walking distance of the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach.
Dress Code
The dress code for dinner is resort casual to business casual. Worn or torn jeans, tank tops, and flip-flops are prohibited.
How Do I Register for the Dinner Cruise?
When you click the Register button, you’ll be taken to the registration page. General conference fees will be displayed first, followed by the option to add the dinner cruise as you continue. If you wish to participate in the optional event, simply select it during checkout and the fee will be included in your total. Not interested in the optional event? No problem—just head to checkout without selecting it.
