We are delighted to announce that Gabriella Conti - CEO of West by North West and Gena Cantwell - Regional Manager, Tasmania Hospitality Association will be speaking at the upcoming Devonport Chamber of Commerce breakfast.

West by North West (WxNW), will be presenting on their role as a regional tourism organisation and the key projects happening in our region. Gabriella Conti will highlight the importance of the 2030 Visitor Economy Strategy and the importance of having a positive impact for both the visitors and our local community. This will then lead into a prestation from Gena Cantwell explaining the Great Customer Experience program and the positive impact it can have onto the community and visitor.

Gabriella Conti has extensive experience in project management and executive roles, with her last few roles including Laureate University and the Federal Group. With a strong passion and love for the region, she is excited about the growth of the region, having a strong focus on making sure we plan to manage growth sustainably.

Gena Cantwell is a passionate and results-driven Regional Manager with a focus in Tourism and Hospitality, with over 25 years of experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Skilled in team leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving, she thrives in dynamic environments where exceeding customer expectations is paramount. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency, she is dedicated to ensuring every guest interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
