Event description
Diamond Creek Natural Medicine Centre presents-
Join Jade Wyllie for a deeply relaxing experience featuring guided breath work, followed by a soothing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, Peter Hess therapeutic bowls, chimes & rain sticks.
These sessions will guide you through restorative breathwork techniques that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting rest & relaxation. Slip into a meditative state, allowing your practice to integrate as you're supported by the healing properties of sound. This is an ongoing series held fortnightly in the DCNMC Studio Space.
