Dr Clancy Street (Acupuncturist at Diamond Creek Natural Medicine Centre) & Lauren Daoulas (Yoga Teacher) are joining forces to bring you these incredibly relaxing & healing 'Yin & Pin' evenings. This is an ongoing series held on a Sunday each month, in the quiet & intimate DCNMC Studio Space. Yin & Pin combines the meditative deep stretching practice of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic benefits of Acupuncture.

During this 90 minute session, you will be gently guided by Lauren through purposely curated Yin Yoga poses while Dr Clancy comes around & needles specific Acupuncture points on the body. This beautiful combination of Acupuncture & Yin Yoga will work to restore & rejuvenate the mind & body while regulating the nervous system for deep relaxation.

Time: 5:30-7:00pm (please arrive 10 minutes earlier too settle in) Numbers are limited to just 8 people. All levels welcome.
