Kalari (Kalaripayattu) is one of the world’s oldest martial art forms, originating in Kerala, India. Known for its flowing movements, strength training, and focus on breath and awareness, Kalari is a unique practice that builds both physical resilience and inner balance.

This 2-hour workshop is open to all levels — no prior experience is required. You’ll be guided through fundamental movements, stretches, and sequences that connect mind, body, and spirit, while also learning about the history and philosophy behind this ancient tradition.
