Event description

You are invited to join us for a co-created, arts-based, reimagining of community; what we are and what we can be.

This workshop is based in the realm of dreaming and imagining. Using collaborative, arts-based exercises - accessible and welcoming of all ages - we will deconstruct and reconstruct what constitutes our community - the places, people, things and beliefs - forming new perspectives, connections, and a greater understanding of our co-imagined future. The workshop will be facilitated by Sofia Sabbagh, a community engaged arts practitioner, arts-based researcher and illustrator.  To find out more about her and her many creations please check out her instagram @sofiasabbagh or visit: https://www.sofiajsabbagh.com/

This workshop is part of the Community Climate Action Series run by Neighbours United for Climate Action (NUCA), hosted by NECCHI and funded by Moreland City Council. Wherever possible, these sessions are free and family friendly, and they run once a month.  A big THANK YOU to Moreland City Council, in particular the Zero Carbon Moreland team, and NECCHi for their generous support.

To make this a Covid-safe event, participants need to be fully vaccinated (unless exempted).
