Join us at Mount Isa theatrical society for the freshest and wittiest murder mystery on the block when eight mystery writers take on the "Deadline Challenge" — but when their twenty-four restful hours of fast paced novel writing is turned on its head the writers must solve a murder— where the victim is yet be determined, and the killer yet to strike. Who can pull off this lethal endeavour and claim the prise? Who will live? Who will die? Who will survive the Deadline?

MITS is a non-profit amateur theatre company. We are dedicated to producing, presenting and creating professional quality live theatre for the community. We nurture current & next generation members in a fun & inclusive environment. We support other organisations in their artistic endeavours.

The Mount Isa Theatrical Society is a non-profit amateur theatre group, performing a range of plays annually in the city of Mount Isa.

Beginning as a small group of people performing at the MIM, BSB club in the 1950's to the fully incorporated association we are today.

Since June 20014 to present, MITS has helped other Mount Isa clubs and associations to raise over $27,000 through our pre-sold ticket sale program.
