Deakin Enviro Ball 2024

Come along and have a "stellar" night Under the Stars with us at the 2024 Enviro Ball! ✨🪐🥂

As one of our largest events of the year, the Deakin Enviro Club is delighted to invite you to our famous charity night filled with entertainment and celebrations, all the while raising awareness and funds for three charities doing incredible things in conservation and sustainability.

Being a celebration for the end of the year and our achievements, we have lots lined up:

• A 3-course meal with unlimited drinks for 3 hours
• Our famous raffle and auction with 100% of proceeds going towards our three lucky charities
• A wide selection of prizes and hampers up for grabs
• A best-dressed prize based on our 'Under the Stars' theme (dress code is formal)
• Deakin's own Music Club performers and DJ
• The obligatory photo booth and dance floor!

This event is strictly 18+ and is held at a licensed venue. DUSA and Deakin Enviro Club encourage responsible consumption of alcohol. Any attendees found to be behaving in an antisocial manner will be reported to DUSA.

• By attending this event, you agree to adhere to the Victorian Government, DUSA and venues COVID-related restrictions and requirements that are in place at the time of the entry, inclusive of the below. 

• You are declaring you are well and without COVID symptoms. If you’re unwell, you should not attend the event
• The host of the event (Club) and the venue, reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event in the circumstance that COVID-related restrictions and requirements render the event not feasible. The club will act in the best interests of all ticket holders through consultation with our venues to ensure the safety of patrons, in the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled a refund will be provided to the ticket purchaser 
• There is no refund or exchange on any Ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the Event Holder. If a refund is made, the club to the extent permitted by law may retain any booking fee or other fees and charges that have been charged to you.
• As per VIC DHHS Covid-19 guidelines, all ticket sales are subject to a refund, or transfer to another person (minus booking fee) where a ticket holder has been instructed to quarantine by the Department of Health
