Deakin Women in STEM Society: International Women's Day Picnic

Join us for our inagural event for our club, Deakin Women in STEM Society! We are so excited to hold an International Women's Picnic this March 8th to get to know all of our members and other people who are keen to meet other passionate women in STEM. You can bring your own food —just be sure to get in touch with us beforehand! This picnic is the perfect opportunity to connect, share ideas, and enjoy great company in the beautiful Carlton Gardens.

• Club Members: Free
• DUSA Members (Non-Club): $5
• General Public: $7

Your chosen ticket types will be verified depending on whether you're a Deakin Women in STEM Society member or a DUSA member.

This event is all about  fostering connections, and having a great time in a friendly and inclusive environment. Whether you’re looking to socialise, unwind, look cute in a picnic setting or eat with your friends there’s something for everyone!

How to Join:

• Club Members: Get your free ticket from this website on Humanitix by putting in your club membership number sent to your student email.
• Non-Club Members: Purchase your ticket at the applicable rate.
• Bring Your Own Food: If you’d like to bring your own picnic food, please let us know in advance so we can ensure everyone’s needs are met.
