Dear Future Me End of the Year workshop

A creative workshop to close 2026 with intention and welcome your next chapter, creating space to reflect and plant seeds of intention

As the year comes to an end, it's the perfect time to pause, reflect, and get clear on our intentions. I feel like a lot of times we arrive at the last two months of the year with a busy mind, leaving little space to acknowledge the year we've lived, the lessons we've learnt, and giving direction to the year ahead.

Every year, I dedicate time to closing the year with purpose and 3 years ago I started doing it in workshops and day retreats and it's one of my favourite offerings. I believe pausing is necessary to reflect on our journey, make space for what we want to let go of, and begin to plant seeds for our future self.

This year's special workshop is influenced by my time in Bali, learning from different teachers and embodying different ways of connecting with our future selves while honouring our journey.

🎨 Mindful art. Create a personal illustration that captures your journey, your intentions and the next chapter you're ready to embrace.

🌙 Closing ritual Integrate your experience with a soothing Yoga Nidra session and intention-setting journaling.
