This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to honor the year gone by and prepare your heart for the new one ahead.

What to Expect:

🗓️ Date: December 7, 10 AM - 4:15 PM
📍 Location: Collaroy Swim Club

✨ Schedule Highlights:

• 10:00 AM: Arrival and settling in. Enjoy a bag of goodies to use throughout the day and take home as a special treat.
  
• 10:30 AM: Chakra yoga flow to energize and ground you.
• Journaling Session: Reflect on 2024, integrating your experiences and letting go of what no longer serves you.
• 12:00 PM: Brunch and free time. Enjoy swims, chats, and connections.
• 1:00 PM: Meditation followed by a cacao ceremony, where we’ll set intentions and reflect on our learnings.
• 2:00 PM: Watercolor Art Session—create an illustration that embodies your soul’s intentions as a reminder of your journey and aspirations.
• Light snacks provided.
• 3:30 PM - 4:15 PM: Relaxation with soothing sounds and essential oil blends to deepen your experience.
