Death Talk: Endings & Beginnings

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Society has largely been conditioned to push the reality of death away.

But what if we could have meaningful, heart-centred conversations about this important topic, and in doing so face our fears?

This unique 2-hour workshop will help you confront a challenging subject, and leave you feeling liberated about the natural cycle of life.

We will explore the emotions around death in a safe and judgement-free space. You will be guided into writing your own ‘letter of love’ so you walk away with a valuable document to keep close or share with loved ones.

Please bring your own paper/journal and pen.

Your facilitator Nina Reeve has extensive experience working and developing skills in the field of grief and loss. Nina is a Death Doula who helps the dying and their family before, during and after death. She is a also a Palliative Care Volunteer and has facilitated hundreds of viewings for those recently bereaved.
