- Pre concert drinks?
Yes!
We now have a gin bar on site opening from 6pm and you can bring your drinks in
- Can I bring children?
Yes, children from the age of 5 are welcome to the concerts and we encourage families to make a habit of bringing their kids to get them inspired.
- Dress Code
For this concert, naturally we think 'Paris Chic' is the way to go
- Will I need my Youth Card or Pension Card? Can I use my Seniors Card?
Yes, if you've purchased Youth or Pension Card Holder tickets you will need to bring your ID to show the ushers. Please note that you must have a valid Pension Card (not Seniors Card) for each Pension Card Holder ticket purchased.
- Will there be security?
Yes of course, since it's a beautiful synagogue we've made sure that everyone is taken care of with a security team on site who will be checking bags and will also be there throughout the concert
- When can I clap?
Whenever the music suggests you should. Why hold back?! The only exception is when you're listening to a larger work in 3-4 movements like a sonata, in which case it's good to hold back one's excitement until the end and let the music wash over you and cleanse your soul.
- Will there be an interval?
There will not be an interval at this concert
- Where can I sit?
Your ticket type will determine that. There are a limited number of VIP and Premium tickets, and these sections will be clearly marked with signage at the end of each section. Every other ticket type is considered General Admission. However, within each section, it will be first come, first served, unless there is reserved seat signage on a seat. If in doubt, please ask one of our friendly ushers.
